In a super-ageing society, there are still many dentists who do not have sufficient knowledge and experience about dentures, and it is not well known that denture treatments will become more important in the future. As a result, “non-biting dentures” are widespread in society by many dentists who are lacking denture knowledge. We have established “HILIFE DENTURE ACADEMY (HDA)” for a place where a dentist can thoroughly learn from the basics of dentures to practical skills to train dentists who are good at dentures and support the increasing number of denture users. HDA plans and manages various clinical denture curriculums for dentists, dental technicians, and hygienists involved in denture treatment.
We are operating an online salon on Facebook as a place where dentists, dental technicians, and hygienists who are interested in denture treatment can easily share and exchange information on denture prostheses. At the salon, Japanese key opinion leader professors that experienced denture prostheses are actively posting academic information, world-leading research, new materials and equipment, cases studies and techniques of treatment, and exchanging opinions.
Currently, more than 1000 members in 44 countries around the world are exchanging professional opinions on dentures on our salon. In the future, we plan to broadcast live webinars, e-learning courses, and offline events.
Japan Denture Professionals English Denture Prosthodontics Community is the place for dental professionals like a dentist, dental technicians, dental hygienists, dental assistants and other dental professionals who are interested in Japanese denture prosthodontics and want to exchange knowledge of Denture Prosthodontics, as well as learn directly from Japanese Key Opinion Leader Professors.
We regularly post denture prosthodontics articles in English every week, Since the launch in May of 2021, it grow into 5000 members from 123 countries all over the world within 8 months, and we have successfully organized our 1st international webinar in November of 2021 in English and in future we are planning to organize online, offline events and more denture prosthodontics contents as well.
